How do you quote?
We can either quote online (provided that there is either past property listings or a clear view on Google street view) or in person, and are happy to accommodate whichever works best for you. If you’d like an online quote and there’s no past property listings, a few photos of the exterior works perfectly.
Do you want me to move any furniture away from windows?
No need - we’re more than happy to carefully move your furniture and belongings.
How long does a clean take & do I have to be home?
It depends on the size of the job, but for the average sized in/out residential window clean it usually sits between 2-3 hours, with gutter cleaning usually an hour. Whether you’re home or not is completely up you, we will take the utmost care of your home and ensure all gates and doors are locked on exit.
How often should I get my windows / gutters / solar panels cleaned?
We usually recommend every three to six months for residential windows. For gutters we recommend once a year unless you have over-hanging trees in which case we’d suggest getting them at least checked twice a year. We offer free gutter checking as an add on to any job.
How far do you travel?
We love a good excuse for a road trip and are happy to consider any location.
